NCT National Enquiry Line - 0300 330 0770 (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday)

The NCT has an enquiry line which is open 9-5 Monday to Thursday and 9-4 on Fridays. The line allows the caller to access to the telephone numbers of breastfeeding counsellors.

National Pregnancy & Birth Line - 0300 330 0772 (9am to 10pm, Monday to Friday)

You can call our Pregnancy & Birth Line if you have questions about issues relating to your pregnancy or birth, or if you want to chat about your experiences with a fully qualified antenatal teacher.

National Breastfeeding Line - 0300 330 0771 (8am–10pm, seven days a week)

Call our Breastfeeding Line to talk to a qualified breastfeeding counsellor for information and support to help you breastfeed successfully.

Postnatal Line - 0300 330 0773 (9am-1pm, Monday to Friday)

You can call our Postnatal line to speak to one of our postnatal leaders if you have any questions about life with a new baby.

Direct to a volunteer from Sunderland and South Tyneside branch, you can call our Enquiries Line to find out more about our local services for parents, and to find out more about accessing this NCT branch. We can also give you information about upcoming antenatal classes, nearly new sales, and branch events, but please do check this website first as the information you require might be here. Please remember our volunteers are members with young families, so please be considerate when calling and keep to reasonable hours.
